Excalibur pre-filter cartridges remove turbidity, sediment, and suspended matter, providing water purity for a 5-stage reverse osmosis system.
The melt-blown polypropylene reverse osmosis filter cartridges are manufactured from 100 percent pure polypropylene fibres*.
Polypropylene provides excellent chemical resistance and is not prone to bacteria contamination.
The pre-filter is compatible with the following models:

- 40°F to 100°F (4° C to 37° C) operating temperatures.
- 30 to 100 PSI operating range (2 BAR to 6 BAR).
- Polypropylene cartridges remove dirt, grit, sand, rust, suspended matter, and turbidity.*
- When used within the correct temperature range, these cartridges will not cause the water to have any unpleasant tastes, odours, or discolouration.

For plumbing, HVAC, or EV charger products purchased with installation, an Enercare professional will bring your products to the address you used to complete your order. For electrical fixtures (e.g., smart dimmer kit) purchased with installation, your product will be shipped to your address, with a signature required on delivery. Please store the product in a secure location. An Enercare professional will arrive separately to perform the installation. If you are not present at the time of delivery and/or installation, any such acknowledgement may be signed by an adult person having care and control of the premises. By agreeing to the Purchase Terms , you appoint such person as your authorized agent for the purposes of signing any such acknowledgement.
Shipping
Orders typically ship within 2 business days. Most shipments arrive within 3-7 business days after the order is dispatched. Once shipped, you can expect to receive an email update with details on how to track your shipment.
Please note that we currently ship within Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia only.

Returns
We will accept a return request provided such request is made within 30 days of the delivery date with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are in their original packaging in unused condition. To initiate a return request, you can contact us via the Support page on Enercare Shop. If a return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Upon receipt and assessment of the returned product we will provide a refund of your purchase price. For exchanging of products, you can request a return for the purchased product, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the desired product. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. Except as required by applicable law, we do not offer free return shipping and any costs incurred to return a product is your responsibility.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is damaged, defective or if you’ve received the incorrect product. We will assess the return request and notify you of the outcome. If we confirm that the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, a return shipping label will be provided for you to ship the product back to us. Upon our receipt of the product, you will be automatically refunded using the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site within 10 business days (subject to the time your bank or credit card company may require to process and post the refund). If more than 15 business days have passed since a refund was approved, please contact us via the Support page on Enercare Shop.
All products with installation are final sale once installation is complete.
