The Kidde C3010-CA is a 10-year sealed battery carbon monoxide (CO) alarm that uses electrochemical sensing technology to protect you from CO. The unit emits a loud warning signal and flashes red if It detects a dangerously high level of carbon monoxide in your home.

This easy-to-install alarm is suitable for all living areas.

The unit will automatically activate when it is attached to the mounting bracket. At the end of the alarm's life, the unit will chirp, indicating the alarm is in need of replacement. Use a screwdriver to deactivate the unit, stopping the end-of-life chirp and making it safe for disposal.

Product Details

  • The 10-year sealed lithium battery eliminates the need to replace the battery for the life of the alarm.
  • The test/reset button tests the unit for proper operations and resets the carbon monoxide alarm.
  • LED lights indicate the unit status: green LED flashes every 30 seconds to indicate the unit is operating correctly, red LED pulses when a dangerously high level of CO is detected, and amber LED flashes to indicate an error.
  • Event memory: Red LED flashes every 60 seconds to alert that the unit detected a high level of carbon monoxide within the last 14 days.
  • End-of-life notification: 10 years after the unit is activated, it will indicate that it is time to replace the alarm by emitting two beeps every 30 seconds.
  • 10-Year Limited Manucaturer Warranty.
