*Based on a 1.5-1.8 gallon-per-minute (GPM) water-saving shower head. Actual water delivery performance can vary based on water piping size, length, types of shower fixtures, gas piping size and other appliance types in use. Water temperature can also vary by time of year: e.g., the water coming into the house temperature is colder in the winter, which may affect tankless total GPM output. Frost in the ground may also cause the water supply temperature to drop as the tankless unit heats water to set point of 120 degrees F.
